Goooooooood Morning!

Back down to 102.8 lbs! :] Went for a 45 minute walk this morning (it was too cold to stay out there for any longer than that). Had two eggs (80 cals each) with a tbs. of ketchup and one slice of diet high-fiber multigrain bread with a teaspoon of margraine (116 cals). Had some water with 0 cal pink lemonade mix. Total of 286 cals for the day so far. Not eating until dinner, because everyone will probably guilt me into it. Problem is, I land up feeling guilty for eating. I'll probably make myself a tossed salad with some low-cal dressing (46 cals.) and some water.

Hopefully doing some crunches tonight!
