I was dropping weight consistently, got down to 100 lbs, and then somehow everyone convinced me to stop losing so much weight...to get back to a "healthy number". I got back up to 102.5 lbs and then keep it at that number for a while. The complaints and protests from family and friends had stopped, they seemed satisfied for a while.
And then the I binged. Everyday routine. Eating things normal 17 year old girls do in all the movies. Pizza slices with friends, baking chocolate chip cookies and brownies with my boyfriend late at night, popcorn at the theater, bagels on Saturday mornings. Disgusting. Around 105 lbs now.
I need to get back into the routine I was in. I need to restrict calories like a mad woman. I need the motivation to indulge myself 100% back into this sickness.
