I was dropping weight consistently, got down to 100 lbs, and then somehow everyone convinced me to stop losing so much weight...to get back to a "healthy number". I got back up to 102.5 lbs and then keep it at that number for a while. The complaints and protests from family and friends had stopped, they seemed satisfied for a while.
And then the I binged. Everyday routine. Eating things normal 17 year old girls do in all the movies. Pizza slices with friends, baking chocolate chip cookies and brownies with my boyfriend late at night, popcorn at the theater, bagels on Saturday mornings. Disgusting. Around 105 lbs now.

I need to get back into the routine I was in. I need to restrict calories like a mad woman. I need the motivation to indulge myself 100% back into this sickness.

I binged pretty bad yesterday. Total Consumption: 1 cup off coffee with splenda and a splash of 2% milk (22 cals), 2 eggs w ketchup (170 cals), 1 slice high fiber multigrain bread w/ tsp. of magraine (116 cal), 1 diet green tea (0 cals), BIG veggie stirfry (snow peas, carrots, mushrooms, red peppers, green peppers, grape tomatoes, onions) with low-sodium/low-cal teryaki sauce (around 250 cals), 1 glass of 2% milk (around 300 cal), 6 golden oreos (34, 3/4 piece of peppermint patty, and a Coke Zero (o cal).

Woke up, and despite my "binge", I weighed 100.0 lbs this morning! :) I've reached my first goal weight! Now to try and maintain it/reach my second GW (98 lbs).
Did kind of bad today, ate nothing until around 2:00 PM. Shared a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and maybe 10 or so reduced-fat cheese nips with my boyfriend. Despite sharing it, I still ate around 3/4 of it, so around 550 cals? Ugh, I wish I hadn't eaten it but I was starting to feel anxious and bitchy from the hunger. Anyone else get snappy like that from not eating sometimes?

Went for a 40 minute walk this morning, I guess that's the only thing keeping me from beating my head in from the guilt I feel. :(

Tomorrow's Another Day

I had one cup of coffee with 2% milk and splenda (22 cals) yesterday, and was running on a "hunger high", until about 6:30 PM when I had a slice of pizza (255 cals) and small tossed salad with blue-cheese italian dressing (200 cals). Then one glass of 2% milk at nighttime before bed (333 cals). Total of 810 cals (ouch). But I walked for about 40 minutes with increased the speed, so I burnt off approximately 205 cals.

Today I woke up planning to just have my cup of coffee (22 cals) so as to run off that "hunger high" again, but after taking my vitamin I had a bad case of nausea, so I made two eggs with ketchup (170 cals), 1 slice of diet high-fiber multigrain bread with 1 tsp. margraine (116 cals), and 1 cup of orange juice + water mixture (105 cals). I felt much better afterward, except for the guilty feeling I always get from eating. I suppose it's alright though, I should be tricking my metabolism so as to prevent it from slowing down too much.

Up to 413 cals for the day so far, and it's only 3:40 PM. Probably having grilled vegetables for dinner tonight (eggplant, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, onions, and mushrooms). Maybe glaze them with a little bit of soy sauce?

Hopefully just liquids and maybe a tossed salad tomorrow. I know I can do this.

(Weighed 101.2 this morning, hoping for 101 or less tomorrow morning)

I weighed in at 101.4 lbs this morning. +0.4 gain from yesterday. I only had one cup of coffee with Splenda and a splash of whole milk this morning. Around 22 calories so far? It's almost 2 P.M., and I'm determined to put off eating until dinner. Hopefully having a tossed salad again, but I don't know if that's going to happen considering there are hardly any vegetables left and the lettuce is starting to go nasty :(

Wakey Wakey Eggs and Bakey

Good Morning Everyone!
I woke up sort of late today (around 10:30 AM), which I suppose is good because I slept through breakfast. Sat down at the table with my boyfriend while he had a meal, but I didn't make myself anything. I went for a 50 minute walk because the weather wasn't too cold out today. After coming back and showering, I weighed myself and then scale said 101 lbs. on the dot! I can't believe I lost weight again. That's a 0.8 lb difference from yesterday, and an overall 2 lb difference from two days ago. 1 lb away from my first goal weight!
Today is Ash Wednesday, and the start of Lent, so being Catholic I'm supposed to have only one big meal today (and two smaller snack/meals if necessary for energy). So that'll be my excuse for everyone.
Keeping my eyes on the prize tonight...a HUGE bowl of tossed salad with some yummy low-cal dressing on top :)

Yesterday's Food Consumption:
1 glass of water with 0 cal lemon iced tea mix-in
3 whole-wheat triscuits
1 big bowl of tossed salad w/ low-cal dressing and approx. 1/4 cup of shredded mozzerella
1 can of diet pepsi
6 oreo cookies *OUCH*
1 glass of whole milk (I think it's really helping my figure despite how horrifying it sounds)

Hello :)

Good Afternoon!

I've been awake since 6:30 AM, got up and made my boyfriend breakfast. The food wasn't the slightest bit tempting. It is now 12:06 PM, and I still haven't eaten anything. I decided to have a glass of water with a 0 cal lemon iced tea mix-in YUM :)

Hoping to get through the day on just 0 cal beverages, but I know everyone will make me eat at dinnertime, as usual. I'm thinking if anything just making myself a tossed salad w/ low-cal dressing for around 50 cals. Maybe put some mozzerella on top if I'm feeling naughty ;) haha

I know I binged yesterday. After caving from the liquid diet the day earlier, I woke up and had two eggs, one slice of diet high-fiber multigrain bread w/ one tsp. of margraine, water with no-cal pink lemonade mix-in, 1 1/2 medium slices of homemade pizza, 1 small homemade garlic knot, glass of diet pepsi, 2 1/2 oreos, glass of whole milk. BAD. Approximately 1118 cals in total :/

That's why I'm doing a sort of "body cleanse" today with just water and possibly that salad. For some reason though (despite my binge) I weighed in at 101.8 lbs. this morning! 1.2 lb weight loss! :) It's so rewarding and motivating.

I'm wondering if the old adage "milk does a body and waistline good" is true. Hmm.

Goooooooood Morning!

Back down to 102.8 lbs! :] Went for a 45 minute walk this morning (it was too cold to stay out there for any longer than that). Had two eggs (80 cals each) with a tbs. of ketchup and one slice of diet high-fiber multigrain bread with a teaspoon of margraine (116 cals). Had some water with 0 cal pink lemonade mix. Total of 286 cals for the day so far. Not eating until dinner, because everyone will probably guilt me into it. Problem is, I land up feeling guilty for eating. I'll probably make myself a tossed salad with some low-cal dressing (46 cals.) and some water.

Hopefully doing some crunches tonight!

Good Morning!

I feel like I haven't posted in so long. I've been slipping lately and I don't like it, so I figured I'd turn to the one place where I have support from people who actually understand me/are going through similiar situations. I'm back up to 105 lbs, but determined to get down to 100 lbs within these next two weeks.

Going for a long walk soon :) Hopefully keeping it to a water fast/liquid fast today?

Hey Everyone

New to LiveJournal! I'm not exactly sure how to work everything yet and how to join communities, but it doesn't seem too hard so I'll figure it out soon...Trying to get a lot of work done today but I keep concentrating on body image and it's just bringing my mood down, hmph :/
